Residents of the Chaminade Apartments studio and one-bedroom units enjoy all the personal service and amenities provided by the St. Leonard Community. In addition to comfort, security and privacy, apartment residents enjoy the added conveniences of one prepared meal a day, tray service for short periods when necessary, weekly linen service, utilities and a standard apartment cleaning every other week. Also included are custodial service, emergency call and fire detection systems and the use of scheduled transportation both within the grounds and to surrounding areas.

Joseph Bernardin One & Two Bedroom Apartments

For individuals who prefer to remain self-sufficient but desire a more companionable atmosphere, St. Leonard offers the warm, comfortable and friendly housing option of a resident room or apartment. Occupants share the convenience of facilities and lounge areas as well as the benefit of scheduled transportation to events and activities within the community and the surrounding area. Courteous and friendly staff is available 24 hours a day to offer special support when needed while allowing residents to maintain their independence and privacy.

The Joseph Bernardin Residence is a low income tax credit housing project available to individuals 62 years or older. One and two-bedroom apartments are standard. All the apartments are designed with the needs of the senior in mind. Residents living in the Joseph Bernardin complex have the opportunity to participate in community activities, seminars, concert series and other programs that St. Leonard has to offer.

St. Joseph Hall Resident Rooms

Independent living can continue here at St. Leonard in this area as well. These resident rooms are located in the original building. Comfortable and convenient living offers opportunities for involvement in community wide activities as well. A monthly fee provides residents with all meals, utilities, and other services.
