Health & Rehabilitation Center Rates

The Health and Rehabilitation Center at St. Leonard is a 120-bed skilled and Intermediate care facility. It is staffed with trained professionals who make every effort to see that our residents are treated with respect and dignity. It is Medicare/Medicaid certified. Daily rates are as follows:

	Intermediate - Semi-Private room	$246.00
	Small Private room	$289.00
	Large Private room	$316.00
	Alzheimer's Unit Semi-Private Room	$253.00
	Alzheimer's Unit Private Room	$273.00

St. Leonard is very proud of the Alzheimer's and Dementia Residence. This area offers a secure homelike environment specially designed to meet the needs of its residents with forms of dementia. Daily rates for these units are as follows:
