Nursing & Rehabilitation Services

Respecting an individual’s dignity while offering skilled nursing and professional rehabilitation services are top priorities when residents need specialized health care. In addition to being Medicare and Medicaid certified, staff at St. Leonard Health and Rehabilitation Center genuinely care about the safety and well-being of each resident and are on-site 24 hours a day to see that needs are met.

Nursing personnel are available to facilitate the appropriate treatment and personal physicians are encouraged to follow and manage their residents’ care while they are in residence. We offer a full-range of services including: skilled nursing care, rehabilitation, intermediate level care, post hospital recuperation, and a state-of-the-art facility for Alzheimer’s residents.

Residents of St. Leonard's Health & Rehabilitation Center enjoy not only the highest-quality care but also have at their disposal the added conveniences of housekeeping services, wander guard and individual alarm systems, notary services, laundry services, beauty salon and barber shop and cable TV. The center features a chapel and daily mass is available for residents. Our staff is on-site around-the-clock and sincerely dedicated to preserving the physical, emotional and spiritual well being of all our residents.
