As a senior transitional living community, St. Leonard offers a number of living options. You can join our community at varying stages – while completely independent or when aging requires special care and assistance. Our residential, health, and financial programs have been designed to meet a wide diversity of needs for older citizens. Referred to as one of the most unique communities of its type, six exclusive yet interrelated mature living programs are available. You can choose from distinctive living arrangements, each suited for a particular need. These programs include private homes, apartments, assisted living, nursing care, and rehabilitation. Although a residential program, Alzheimer’s/dementia care is a specialized program which is available through nursing care.
Whichever style of living meets your individual needs, you will enjoy a sense of community, belonging and peace of mind. Of equal importance, you have the opportunity to contribute wisdom, service, and decision making abilities with encouraged involvement.
You will find St. Leonard provides people of all walks of life opportunities for a variety of personal services, modern facilities, and engaging activities. Freedom of choice, respect for privacy, and the sacredness of each person’s individual needs are promoted.
