 The Health & Rehabilitation Center at St. Leonard is a 120-bed skilled and intermediate care facility. Our staff of trained professionals makes every effort to exceed our residents’ expectations of care over-seeing the safety and well being of each resident twenty-four hours a day.

The center features a chapel and daily mass is available for residents. Our staff is on-site around-the-clock and is sincerely dedicated to preserving the physical, emotional and spiritual well being of all our residents.Nursing personnel are available to facilitate appropriate medical treatment and personal physicians are encouraged to follow and manage residents’ care while they are in residence. | ||
