 Garden Homes are single unit dwellings featuring two and three bedroom floor plans. These homes are ideal if you want the comforts and convenience of a private residence without the burdens of home ownership. Each unit contains all major appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, self-cleaning oven, garbage disposal, and washer and dryer. Our garden homes have wall-to-wall carpeting and an attached garage. Residents pay an entrance fee, which they may choose to be refunded at a rate of 75% or 100%. |
