 Our private cottages feature beautiful two and three bedroom floor plans. Cottages consist of two to four resident units per building. These homes are ideal if you want the comforts and convenience of a private residence without the burdens of home ownership. Each unit contains all major appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, self-cleaning oven, garbage disposal, and washer and dryer. Our charming cottages have wall-to-wall carpeting and an attached garage. Residents pay an entrance fee, which they may choose to be refunded at a rate of 75% or 100%. |
