Our private cottages and garden homes feature beautiful two and three bedroom floor plans. Cottages consist of 2 – 4 resident units per building and Garden Homes are single unit dwellings. These homes are ideal if you want the comforts and convenience of a private residence without the burdens of home ownership. Each unit contains all major appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, self-cleaning oven, garbage disposal, and washer and dryer. Our lovely cottages and garden homes have wall-to-wall carpeting and an attached garage. Residents pay an entrance fee, which they may choose to be refunded at a rate of 75% or 100%.

Another option are the Chaminade Hall Apartments. Studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments afford you easy access to all amenities located within the main building. Residents in these apartments have a refundable entrance fee along with a monthly service fee. Community facilities, personal services, concierge services, activities and other organized programs are available to Chaminade Hall residents.

In addition to the standard services and amenities, your monthly service fee also includes all utilities, one meal per day in our dining room, weekly linen service and housekeeping service every other week.

The Joseph Bernardin Residence is designed for individuals 62 years or older with a modest income. The property has been developed under section 42 of the IRS code as a low income housing tax credit property to provide affordable housing for elderly individuals. All apartments are designed with the needs of the senior in mind and a number of units are reserved for individuals with at least one physical disability.

Living in the Joseph Bernardin complex provides you the opportunity to participate in community activities, seminars, concert series and other programs that St. Leonard has to offer.
