St. Leonard Foundation Legacy Society

Membership in the Legacy Society

Become a member in the Legacy Society by:
Informing the Foundation that St. Leonard is included in your will or estate plan – no other details are necessary.

Established in 2005, the Legacy Society of St. Leonard is designed to promote a spirit of philanthropy with the St. Leonard community. Members can designate their gift to any of the Foundation funds, which in turn continues the mission of the St. Leonard community.

The Foundation can accept a planned gift to any of its funds, including our major focus of the Benevolent Care Fund. The following are additional options for a planned gift to St. Leonard:

• Gift left in your will to St. Leonard (no disclosure of amount)
• Percentage of your Entrance Fee committed
• Insurance policy committed to St. Leonard
• Endowment and/or naming of your own fund and designated cause ($5,000 to establish)

Benefits to You:

You will receive a tasteful Membership Frame
You will receive recognition in the quarterly newsletter
You will receive a St. Leonard pin
Your name will be inscribed on the Legacy Society Plaque outside the Foundation
You will be included in the Annual and several other special events during the year
You may choose to remain anonymous
