Full Time Employee (60 hours or more per two-week period):

Benefited Part Time Employee (at least 30 hours, but less than 60 hours per two-week period or work on a schedule specified by or as requested by department):

  • 403(b) Plan – Pre-tax payroll deduction up to $16,500 per year or $22,000 if over 50 years of age
  • Pension – Defined benefit retirement plan with 6% of gross pay contributed annually

Non-benefited Part Time Employee (scheduled on a regular basis to work less than 15 hours per week or 30 hours per pay period):

Casual/PRN Employee (work only at their own discretion and choice when a request is made by St. Leonard to assist during an absence, high volume period or emergency or unusual occurrence):
