Cottages and Garden Homes at St. Leonard feature elegantly styled two and three-bedroom single or multiplex units with one and a half to two baths. Floor plans are artfully arranged and designed for the comfort and convenience of mature adults.

Residents have access to all facilities and services within and around the community including seminars, entertainment and enrichment programs, shopping, barbershop or salon services, banking, and scheduled transportation to area establishments and cultural attractions.

We even have a stocked pond adjacent to a gazebo, where residents can fish, entertain friends and family or just relax.

All building and grounds maintenance as well as payment of water and sewer are included in the monthly service fee.

All Cottages and Garden Homes feature a spacious great room, and some residents can choose the added conveniences of a covered terrace or patio and a one or two-car garage.

Dwellings are equipped with an efficient, all-electric kitchen and easily accessible dining room. A conveniently enclosed washer and dryer are located in a laundry nook.

Smoke detectors and an emergency call system, equipped with a portable pendant that is functional up to100 feet outside your home, are included for your safety.
