St. Leonard provides a state-of-the-art facility and specially trained professional staff to care for our residents with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia’s. The majority of rooms are private and all are Medicare/Medicaid certified. The secured unit within the Health & Rehabilitation Center include a dining and activity center as well as a beautifully secured outdoor environment ideal for a variety of activities including gardening, games and walking on a secured path.
