Assisted Living at St. Leonard

Rates - Based on Level of Care and Room Size

The Assisted Care area at St. Leonard is a 74-room unit where residents can live independently and still have available assistance on an "as needed" basis. The daily rates are listed below. There is a $2,000.00 non-refundable entry fee. Admission is based on an individual assessment of a potential resident, room availability and financial qualifiers.

* Respite room rate is a base rate. Assessment will determine level of care and room rate will be adjusted accordingly.
